A rough estimate may be given over the phone for not being there able to see the job in detail - I'd like to set up a time to be able to come out and see the job in person and give a free estimate. Every detail involved in my estimates is based on what is wanted, material and time and expectancies, and measurements of the installation location. Debris or anything else that may need to be removed and set in another location is included in the estimate - Safety is the number one rule that I always implement.
